Paul gives us qualifications for leadership that covers every major area of life. We believe those qualifications extend to every believer.
The Great Commission
Jesus left us with a mandate, not a suggestion, to make disciples. We believe every believer is uniquely equipped to participate in Christ’s ongoing work.
Fruitfulness - 100x
Jesus told us we can be incredibly fruitful in the Kingdom to 30x, 60x, and 100x if we order our lives according to his principles.
Program Themes
Our lives are intricate and multi-dimensional. Each aspect presents its own set of responsibilities and demands, often isolated and closely tied to our careers. Consequently, this leads to an imbalance, with some areas of our lives lacking attention. LifeLaunch 360 aspires to realign each facet of life, ensuring they are all centered around God and support one another effectively.
Life categories that demand our leadership and stewardship
Personal
The first two sessions concentrate on personal fitness, encompassing the body, soul (relationships), mind (intellectual relevance), and spirit. To effectively exert leadership and influence across all aspects of our lives, we must strive for personal fitness in every dimension.
Creating Margin
In our third session we focus on Time and how we can use this valuable (yet very exhaustible) resource to serve God’s purposes. We look at eliminating low impact activities thereby freeing up margin for high impact activities. We also look at the value of creating meaningful quality time and memories.
Family Life
The fourth session centers around family dynamics, including marriage and parenting. We provide a distinctive getaway event for couples to explore both individual and collective dreams and strategize on turning those aspirations into reality. Additionally, we delve into ways to positively impact our children—regardless of their age—and intentionally create memorable “best day” experiences with them.
Career
The focus of the fifth session is on our careers. Are we making a meaningful impact and influencing the Kingdom in our workplaces? Are our careers merely secular pursuits, or can we utilize them to fulfill God’s purposes in our lives?
Money and Resources
The sixth session takes a hard look at financial stewardship and the careful management of the resources and assets entrusted to us by God. Our handling of material resources should align with our spiritual values and priorities.
Calling
The seventh through eleventh sessions begin to focus on the critically important topic of your personal calling. What is your life’s mission? We will explore the natural and acquired skills and experiences that God has given you, your divinely inspired passions, your role within God’s kingdom work, and your spiritual gifts.
